EDIT: blind + chip drop + cooldown drop

This ain't just a slight edit, its a complete change in the mechanics. You need to buy a Process Edit for big changes like this. Also, you can have an increased chance of chip drop but you can't make it garenteed.

Ohhh... ok I'll go buy a progress upgrade right now, is it those 1.X thingys?

Process EDIT, not UPGRADE. Two different things. >>;

Edit: Allows you to heavily edit/revamp a sig you ALREADY HAVE
Upgrade: Adds a NEW sig.
